How do I publish a course?

Users with the correct permissions are able to create courses. In some cases this will be the teacher of the course, but in other cases it will be a registrar or other administration staff member. When creating a course, the status of the course is "Setup Required", which simply means that the course is still missing information required to publish it. Once a course is published, all users, including teachers, students and guardians will have access to the course. The information needed for each course includes the teachers; students and their guardians; class meeting times and locations; course overview information (description, learning objectives); a grading scheme (A through F, etc.); and grade weighting categories (homework is worth 25% of each students grade, quizzes are 30%, etc.).
